Personal preference - found this tool less useful than any other for its stated use of beveling any leather edge, tried it on several textures & thicknesses. This grabbed and gouged - it's less accurate, less sharp, and more difficult to control the motion than with an X-acto knife (same pulling motion) or my other edge-beveling tools (push-motion). Everything else I bought from this shop was top-notch (I'm loving using the rawhide mallets in place of plastic ones, and it's especially helpful that weight & face-size measurements are given in those product descriptions). I'd still recommend the shop, but I don't see the sense in their having this tool in the lineup, as it doesn't seem safer or better in any way.
